Do you dip/chew? If so, what do you do? It's ridiculously popular in texas these days and it compliments hunting so well. Don't do it all the time, but a couple of times a week is nice.

I chew redman original and golden blend

Skoal apple blend for deer season. Just seems fitting. Now if they would just hurry up with the acorn blend we would be in business...

Never have liked it, and my wallet thanks me everyday!

I can go to Alaska every year on what a can a day costs all my buddies.

It is an expensive habit. Plus, I've never really been a fan of cancer, so that probably has something to do with me not dipping.

Seriously though, I don't have anything personal against those who dip. I worked on a farm during the spring and summer for 4 years, and it was tempting to dip then, just to have something to do on the long days on a tractor, but I thought better of it. I remembered when my my dad gave my brother and I some Levi Garrett when we were 5 years old and it burned my mouth so bad I never want to try it again.

Talk of quitting is no where near as cheap as actually quitting would be!:tu: You can do it Schultz, pay for your next out west bow hunt and avoid mouth cancer all in the matter of a year or two!

I have recently joined a Smoking Cessation Committee down here in Birmingham going around working Health Fairs/Clinics teaching people about their options for quitting. Very eye opening experience.

But as you said, it all boils down to your will power and wanting it. It's a personal decision and no one can make it but yourself!

    Soapbox pep talk over, haha.

I am a baseball player and by contract obligations we cannot promote the brand of dip we use...lol kind of funny but it is the truth... So for the record I AM NOT TELLING YOU THAT YOU SHOULD TRY THIS :)

But I chew Grizz WinterGreen Long cut 2-3 games a week and then Big League Chew (the gum) the other games.

Apple Jack I now only chew during hunting seasons. After that I will stop. The juicy pouch stuff I love and seems to be not physically addicting. Sometimes and if I see someone with one I could go for one but other than that no withdraw or physical symtoms. Tin snuff etc. Cop, Kodiak, Skoal even Bandits damn near kill me. I get so dizzy and sick. So that leads me to beleive there is far less nicotine in the pouch!
