Nice pics and a darn good looking TRUCK. One of these days Germ will learn to recognize a TRUCK when he sees one. But then again - - -.
LOVE IT! I love the cladding and miss it. Liked driving into areas and not worrying about low limbs pinstriping the paint, which leads to rust. I used to carry full size sheets of drywall in mine up to the bed cover and they'd stay dry as a bone. Loved being able to put my Kingquad in the back and be able to put the tailgate up so I could still pull my bass boat. Buy what you want and own it like a boss! It's like my Dad told me when I was little. My Mom bought me a shirt and I was afraid I'd get laughed at wearing it. My Dad said a real man doesn't wear or not wear anything based on what others say. He wears what he wants and everyone else can kiss his rear.
I haven’t gotten stuck yet out in the mud we’ve had with these hurricanes. Like what was posted, it’s a independent suspension with coil springs. I need to beef it up with stouter springs , add or convert to leafs and add air shocks. I want it to carry more corn. Right now 25 bags of corn is about the max without the suspension hitting bottom on pot holes and ruts. Air shocks would surely help. I really need a 1 ton truck for my application but this truck was what was available. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I had an '02, '04 & ,06 and put over 100k on all three of them. Now I don't have the commute I used to and rarely go into the office unless a scheduled meeting so I wouldn't put as many miles on one. There's a guy local to me with a black '06 cladded and only has a bit over 40k on it. I've offered him everything but a night with my wife and he won't sell it.
