Cheesy Pepper Venison Rissoles/Hamburger Patties *A1 Recipe*

    Here's a red deer doe i harvested and one of the recipies that i like.

    Everyone who's had these died and went to taste bud heaven.

    1 kg fresh venison mince
    2 medium size onions
    3 cloves of garlic

    Run it all through your mincer making it as fine as possible, ensure you spread the onion and garlic throughout the mince evenly.

    1 cup of bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    3/4 cup of plain flour
    a heap of cracked pepper & fresh cracked salt

    Mix it all up by hand ensuring its spread evenly throughout

    Lastly, take some shredded 'cheddar' cheese and mix a really good pinch (half a handful) into each rissole

    Make rissoles/hamburger patties, flatten to half an inch

    Ensure the fry pan oil is hot and cook for about 5-7minutes on high, turning once. Venison dries out quickly so keep your eye on them. I like to sear them in the pan on high, never turning the heat down unless the oil is splattering everywhere. Let them rest for a minute or two.
