I work as a troubleman for the local electric company. The past 2 days in Northern IL have been brutal with wind damage. The trees blowing around may have easily stressed your stands. Just a reminder to inspect them after the storms we had. The straps could easliy have been stretched and were the straps connect to the metal may have been comprimised. You wouldnt believe the amount of damage from trees. Be safe.
