Right now I shoot a NoCam HTR set at 65lbs, 85% let off mods, 28" draw. I shoot beman ics hunter 400, with 100 grain tip. I know I should go to 340's but my question is will I pick up any speed with this change? It is shooting 265 FPS. Or if you have any other tips let me know. Thanks

If you stay with the same arrow, a stiffer spine means a heavier gpi, heavier total weight, less foc with the same setup and slower fps. If your looking for more speed you'll need to do some research to find an arrow with lower gpi than you have now in your spine of choice.
