Does anyone know of a high quality way to change the color of a bow? I have a lost camo no cam and would like to make it all black.

Cerakote, but you'll have to disassemble the bow and it will more than likely void the warranty. Some prefer getting it dipped, but it voids the warranty as well.

    Warranty most definitely becomes void.
Not worth it in my opinion. Especially if you're going to resell at some point.

Really is easy to have done, cerakote is an option as well a using a kolorfusion process as well. I have done several without issues.

I would sell the camo and buy a black.

A fellow from west Michigan builds strings (Catfish Custom Strings) and also regularly sends limbs, bows, accessories for Kolorfsion treating. He is a sponsor on Archery Talk and I could get his contact info if so desired. However unless you REALLY like this bow, the cost of doing so would never be recouped without shooting it for several more seasons. AS others mentioned, it would be more prudent to sell it and buy a black model if that is what you prefer. I have one of each in my favored Prime Rival.....a black '15 for my regular shooter and a new '16 closeout in RTX camo for turkey and deer hunting.
