I know that there are alot of guys who don't like the Spider on here because of his recent actions.... but honestly.... how can ANYBODY root for Chael? He is a loud-mouth trash talker that has said some terrible things recently.... saying that Lance Armstrong gave himself cancer and "cashing in" from it.... .really? Love or hate Silva... I hope he pounds Chael into the ground and shows him that he is nothing more than a trash talking B-OTCH!!!
This is one ufc I will not care about missing. Sonen is a punk and should get his butt handed to him.
I either want to see silva hand him his tail like he can, or finally get put away so some people who want to fight can. Just tired of seeing him dance around is all.
I'll bite. :D I'm rooting for Chael all the way... I think Dana couldn't be any happier and is thanking his lucky starts that Chael beat Nate to get the title shot. This bout needed this kind of buildup, or it quite possibly could have been one of the worst PPV draws in recent history (at least since the Griffin-Bonnar spectacle that launched the promotion into its current status). Is Chael going over the top? Sure... but a LOT of what he's saying is grounded in a LOT of truth, and only slightly embellished from there -- at least as far as his commentary about Anderson. I really doubt he can pull it off, but I hope to hell he bashes Anderson's face in from a full mount for a good, long time until the ref has to pull him off.
True champions dominate until they cn go no further or the new guy finally comes to claim his crown when they can no longer defend it, and even then you almost have to kill them to get it. Silva turned me with his antics, not because of wasted money or time to watch the fight, but because he can/is so dominate unlike any before him. I hope he gets his butt handed to him, or murks Chael like he probably can. Again, I just want to see hands thrown and faces busted. Only a few more hours till the wife and I head out to BWW to watch.
i think if sonnen gets his hands on that mouthy as$ punk silva its lights out cause he's going to beat a hole in that boys head silva is good at running but he better be real good cause ole boy hits like a mule kicks and i dont think he can take a beating!
Sadly the fight is over and Silva squeaked one out. Sonnen should have won that fight easily by UD. I am very glad that Silva had to work for this one.
damn didnt know thought it was this coming weekend. who won between big roy nelson and the gypsy? damn i feel foolish!
damn everybody i was pulling for lost. big roy nelson,alves but i watched a clip of sonnen and silva it looks like ole sonnen whooped his as$! but at the end of the day you got to tip ya hat to ole silva even though i hate him he survived and got the "W" so sorry bout that fellas i didnt think it was til next weekend. did big roy nelson put up a good fight?
