Herbstreit just called Toledo over the Gators in the swamp today. That's ballsy going against the company line like that. Sure it could happen, they did beat Michigan a few years ago.

    Discuss week one football here.

And took OSU to the last play, BG spanked Tulsa. Mac schools are getting better. CMU gave sparty all they could handle.

Herby also said Clowney has 0 chance to win the Hesiman. Why did you OSU fans force him to move?

    UF played well.

Were without a lot of players due to suspensions and injuries, but most everybody that matters will be back for the Miami game next week. I didn't get to watch the game, but from everything I've read Florida was pretty vanilla on both sides of the ball and did what they wanted to when they wanted to. Toledo is a good team. I think they won 8-9 games last year?

They left some points on the board, but everyone seemed pretty happy with how they played.

Also is Gameday going to be 4 hours every Saturday?

That's entirely too long, IMO. I watched it all today just because it's the first day of college football!

Michigan defense looked good, offense not great at all.

OSU looked like OSU of last year. They looked really good and then really bad. I still think fickell is the issue and his play calling.

    Bama just sucks

Running back university has three studs. D is going to be solid. QB and receivers are a big ? mark.

Bama looked suspect in it's opener. Sure they played a better opponent than most and won by 25... but they can't be happy with that offensive performance. Will be interesting to see if they can adjust heading into the A&M game in 2 weeks.

OH ST looked good for the most part, but it was a roller coaster performance.

UGA once again blows a big game. Murray is great, but he just isn't a winner. They always always always drop big games. That said, Gurley is the best back in the nation. Dude is a beast.

LSU looked better than I was expecting. Can't WAIT to catch that game in Tuscaloosa this year. Should be a great one yet again.

Clemson seems like the real deal. Boyd may be a heisman front runner if he keeps up this level of play.

I LOVE Johnny Football's taunting. His punk *** is good for football. No shot he wins heisman even if he averages 6 TDs a game given the media hatred of him now though. Just a fun player to watch.

Can't wait to see how UGA reacts to the loss with USC at home next week. No breaks for the dawgs to start the year.

Enjoyed watching the tide in the dome yesterday, wife and I had a blast. Sat with the QB from V Tech's mom and CJ Mosley's grandma and uncle. Little different perspective when families are involved, what a blast. Bama wins by 25 over a really good team, and all the sudden the dynasty is over, talk about delusional!!!!! Saban played everyone that came, and consistently ran the ball into 8 and 9 man fronts. I think he was testing that new O-line and seeing who will play behind Yeldon. Tenpenny looked fast, but I also think they held back to save a little for the Aggies in two weeks. All those receivers and we only went deep 3 times, 1 for a TD, one over throw on a TD and Cooper dropped the other. Now, with all that said, V Tech's D Line played well, and bama's O-line has some questions, but that was nothing new to someone who follows the program, not someone riding espin's Johnson, or just waiting to change their car tag once the next champ dethrones us. the best thing about the weekend, Aubarn still sucks!!!!!

Also, just because I happen to follow trevor, my post has nothing to do with his. Although, the move to the 205 certainly improved his judgement on college football. He is gonna roll with the tide for the rest of his life, that's what a trip to Bryant Deny does to a guy!!!!!

Yup my Dawgs are choke artists, they should not have lost that game. Piss poor job by Murray of keeping tabs on the play clock, too many missed opportunities but yes Gurley is a friggin beast! With that said, Clemson looked pretty damn good!

    What no Michigan love?

Lsu looked tough, they have an offense.

Clemson Georgia game was the best game of the weekend.

Braxton miller just cramp up again and clowney is resting.
