3-5? I could understand 4-4, but you really think we lose to the Vols? and 3-1? We don't even play a difficult team in non-conference.

Yes I think you'll lose to the Vols.

    Bama wins, goes 11-1.

Kentucky loses, goes 4-8...although to see UK beat Louisville after all their fans miraculously care about this pre gaming sport all of the sudden would make my CFB season (and I couldn't really care less about UK football, I just dislike UofL fans.)

They lost some of their better players, and they sucked last season. You won't even make it past NCSU.

Actually the only good player from last season that is gone is Da'Rick who just got booted for drugs. Also they dealt with major injuries last year to their #1 WR tearing an ACL against FL and the starting QB going down against UGA. Both are healthy this year and they've added the #1 JUCO WR. This Vols team is going to put up some numbers this year. They have 2 legit WRs in Hunter and CP, a TE that can catch in Rivera and a RB that's the fastest guy on the team. The only thing that is up in the air is how good will the D play. They are moving to a 3-4 D with a new D Coordinator in place. UT can compete for the East this year if the D "gets" Sal's system.

OU goes 11-1 only loss will be our yearly "what the hell was that game" to someone we should blow out. I'm ready for week four and six. K state is going to get rolled in Norman just like they did at home last year. And Texas is going to drop three in a row to OU. Sooners with the Big 12-2-1-1+2.

Hey Z7 sooner, I will go with K-state's loss to OU being their only one, I don't see them getting rolled though. Snyder won't let the players forget last year's game. So who is OU's 1 loss?

I like Snyder and Bob doesn't like losing to him. I think it will be pretty loppsided. I'm thinking either Tech (they always have our number) or tcu. I'm not believing in the WVU hype machine(yes I know they beat us in the fiesta bowl. They were the best team in the nation that year) just not seeing it this year.

Every game is difficult when you are playing in the SEC. If for no other reason than the brutality of playing back to back to back against teams like Georgia, Arkansas, Florida, South Carolina and Tennessee. Every week, injured or not, ready or not. Its really hard to make that run, even against teams like Syracuse. I hope they do well and 6-6 is a good season in the SEC and anything better than that is gravy. 8-4 is always a possibility... maybe even 9-3 but my prediction is 6-6 possibly 7-5.

Yup! What's the time frame the avatar needs to stay up? I don't remember what we did last season.

On a side note I think it should be a real competitive game this year assuming both teams stay healthy. The Vols should step forward a good bit this season.

We'll say a month. I think that's what we did last year.

I think it will be a good game too. It's been a LONG time since UT beat the Gators, and you guys get us at home, in what honestly might be UT's best chance to beat Florida for another couple years. Not a good combination for a road team in a rivalry game.

We'll save predictions for the week of!

Not many people are predicting Ohio State this year! I say they will be in the top 5 in the nation at the end of the season. Wont matter much since no bowl games! They can however play for the Big 10 Championship!

Look a buckeye who does not know the rules, shocker.

They cannot play for the B10 championship, lol. They are irrelevant this season.

I like that Dooley is the coach. The fact he's been able to keep the team around .500 with the hornet's nest he inherited proved the guy has some brains. This year, now that the team finally has depth and does not have to play 20 true freshman, we will see if he can coach.

One thing I know for sure is College Football begins TONIGHT. I'll be firmly planted on my couch watching Vandy and South Carolina.
