I just purchased a Amped 415. The bow shoots great with field points. Major problem though with 20" arrows and a mechanical broad head. The shooting rail is not long enough and the broad head blades hit the end of the rail in such a manner as to prevent the arrow nock from fully engaging the string leaving at least a 1/8 in gap between the two. However it is far enough to allow you to shoot the arrow. As you can guess that would totally affect the flight of the arrow. I contacted Centerpoint and there solution is to buy 22" arrows and or try a fixed broadhead. The manual says to make sure you use the 20" specified arrows and recommends mechanical broadheads. Not really a solution in my opinion.

To fix the problem if you want to grind on a brand new bow you can take a 1/4 in off each side and that will allow the blades to not hit the rail.

The sad thing is that most people will not even notice this problem and will either miss a deer with a mechanical broadhead or worse they will wound one.
