I only talk on my cell with a wired ear bud. I have 3-4 all over the place and in every car. I hate being handicapped by having to hold the phone with one hand. With that said, good discussions it many things distract us in the car. Change the radio station or adjusting it. Talking to a passenger. Looking for a street sign. Eating. Making a note. Etc etc. if your responsible your responsible but don't think the government should ban it just make an example out of someone when they hurt someone because of it. He!!, they even go after the other person on the phone if there's a death.
