Carrying a Fall Turkey license when deer hunting

    Not sure I will hunt turkey again in oregon. $25 is not worth it. Plus the only land to hunt turkey on for me is a couple hour drive.

    I get the license and will take a turkey if it presents itself. Scored a few times in the past 5 years or so.

    Every year I buy one. It's only $5.50 and I have chances every season. Have only.got one shot off and never connected, but one of these days.....

    Do it. In Missouri you get T-tags with your license and it's awesome. Have killed several turkeys from the tree stand. Great thing is they are back into their groups and can see several longbeards at a time.

    I do it all the time in NY .... I shot more turkey deer hunting during bow then when I said I was going turkey hunting with a shotgun .... I always figured the turkeys had a spy watching me throw the shotgun in the truck

    I always have mine with me for the PA season. Never missing an opportunity to harvest an animal
