Mine turned out to be from a dislocated elbow... I nearly punched the chiropractor until he asked me how my wrist felt... The pain was gone and it has never hurt since.

Not real sure at this point. I guess I had the staff rolling as I talked of medium rare steak and pepperoni pizza when I was looped up.

I went to work today. It didn't kill me.

My left had was going completly numb at night and slightly in the day. Was driving me nuts. I went to a specialist to get it checked. He gave me a splint to wear at night, it helps a bunch but not completly. He said give it a couple months and if not better come back for some kind of testing to see if I need surgery. Hope yours gets better! It bothers me zero in the gym and the doc says go ahead and do what I do,,so in a month or so ill see what it does!

Wore the splints for 6 months, day and night. Helped but after testing they told me it was considered severe. Picked a slower time of year and now I be paying the piper
