Carp fishing

    Ive pretty much always thrown them back. Only ones I killed was a guy seen us catch one and asked us to get him some. So he paid us like $5 a fish that we brought him. At 14 years old I thought I was a pro fisherman with that deal haha.

    I understand that part and how we don't want them in the great lakes because of the big fishing industry, but im asking about the actual taste of the fish. Sorry I guess I didn't word my last 2 questions correctly. People say that they dont like asian carp because of the bones but also because it is a "carp" which is just an oversized goldfish correct? Does anyone know if they taste like tilapia?

    I also saw some pictures of them flying all over the place, in these places couldnt a motorist just put up a net to catch them instead of having to do the hard work of fishing for them?
