I'm alcohol free so far this September. Kill mode is turned on. Bucks on my mind. Haha

Low carb Hard seltzer as a substitute. Hard liquor vodka with a sugar free mixer. Though as stated this is suppose to be a near zero carb diet. What one should do is go keto first then gradually go into carnivore. I'm fasting but eat 2 meals first is meat/fat, then dinner is keto.

That would put me at a BIG NO!
    I like my beer. ...

Let me rephase.., I love my beer.
I keep active enuff to keep my weight at a tolerable level.
A bit heavier then I should be but...

On average, I'd say I eat 1lb of meat daily.

Thing is I am not fat, I have zero reason to alter my beer intake, nor would I matter of fact I need to eat and drink more to get my weight up.

Down 40 pounds in two months, folks… but better than that… no pain, mental clarity, increased stamina…

Everyone seems to say they will stay on it forever… some add fruit and/or honey… but never a lot

Tony I tried but I am trying to keep weight on and even add some. I was eating chips with top the tater and drinking beer at 9:00 last night before bed. I did not see a difference in symptoms but to be honest I was traveling and it is hard to eat right on the road.
