Wow. That could be dangerous for the rest of the NBA if that deal happens. That is ...... IF Kobe can co exist with him. I would go out on a limb and say give them the title if they get him. Knicks are in the running too. Which would actually vault them in the running with the Celtics in the East as the favorites. Big impact if he lands with one of those two teams
Lakers land him for Bynum and they upgraded BIGTIME and are back to being the no brainer favorite to win it. Knicks land him and they are up around the Bulls status, IMO. Great team, but not quite there to knock out the Celtics/Heat in a series of 7.
I really don't think that the Nuggets would dish a player of his caliber to a team in the same conference.
Normally they wouldn't but they know he is gone, and if they can get a high draft pick and bynum they might do it. I think Kobe can co-exist for no other reason than he knows they need a little something extra this year. They have a very good record overall, but it is VERY poor against the good teams. What are the odds of it going down...I read the article, but follow the NBA very little anymore.
