He is amazing what he is doing for Mexico. At landfills in Mexico you have scavengers children not being educated but mining thru garbage for anything. Carlos builds landfills and sets up a community around the landfill with schools, housing etc. Uses the landfill gas to generate electricity to power the communities. Great vision glad to be part of it providing the equipment to help with the process.
