I have a 101st airborne with 60# limbs (set at 58#) draw length 27", arrow 26.5". I am currently shooting GT UPL 400's 7.4gpi. I am looking at carbon tech, the cheetahs at 6.7 gpi. Has anyone used these or have an opinion about these?

I use Carbon Tech arrows, Whitetail XP's and Cheetahs. The Cheetahs are excellent arrows and very consistant for spine and weight across the whole dozen. If you tune with one then the other eleven will shoot just like it. Keep in mind, with the Cheetahs and their lighter weight you also get a thinner shaft wall. This translates into a less tough arrow. Carbon Tech makes a high quality shaft with an extremely consistant spine. They are worth every penny.

Thanks Bruce. I have heard good things about the cheetahs being shot in the 101st bows. The set up I currently am using is pushing arrow speeds from 300 -304 fps through a chrono. I am so close on purchasing the cheetahs and figure I would be able to get another 6 - 7 fps. Are these arrows durable to shoot.

As long as you are shooting the target, yeah. When I have had misses with them, when shooting at critters, mostly small game, fox, they are not so durable LOL. You will likely want to get the nock bushings and pin nocks also. Those alone have saved me a bunch of arrows when target shooting. Of course the bushing adds a little more weight that just a nock but they are worth it.
