carbon express inserts

Does anybody know the difference between insert 1 and insert 2?
I shoot Terminator Lite Select 6025 Mathews 70 lbs. 28 inch draw.

 

Crap, i cant remember. I think those are 2's though.

 

I called carbon express today and talk to there tech. He said my arrows take #1..The difference is the collar size..#2 is bigger and would make it harder to pull the arrows out of bag targets.
