    Hi,

I am new to the forums and fairly new to bowhunting (last year was my first year). Before the start of deer season last year I bought six arrows from wal-mart. They are Terminator 4560's, that is the only info that I could find on them. I want to know the specs (shaft stiffness, weight, etc.). I need to get some new arrows and can't find any info. It is ok if I have to switch to a different arrow, just want to find one that is a close match so I don't have to change my bow setup.

    Thanks,
    Rob

Depends on your draw weight/draw length.

First of all, welcome to the forum!

I would buy a different arrow. I have three of these in my closet right now left over from last season. Two are splintered after target misses. If you have to tune your bow for a different arrow it shouldn't be much at all and deffinately worth it. I will be upgrading at the end of this season but I have been using GT Warrior 400's for the last six months. I have had good success with these arrows and I picked them up from my pro shop for $50.00 for a dozen. They will also cut them to the size you need. If you paid regular price for them they were probably around $8 a piece. Thats $96 a dozen. You can get a much better arow for that price. The GT's are much better arrows in my opinion. If you can afford to go with a better arrow then do it. Oh and last season was my first hunting season and archery season so I know where you are coming from. As far as spine strength goes, that depends on the poundage of your bow and others on here will know more about it.

    Few questions:
    Price range?
    DL/DW?
    Desired Arrow weight?

Personally I like where you are gpi wise, I'd just want to make sure you had a good shaft and proper spine.

My bow is a PSE Deer Hunter, 29" draw length and is set at 65 lbs. The arrows I have currently are 30" long and weigh around 338 grains. I would like to stay at 50-70 dollars per half dozen. Thanks for the help.
