I have been using Carbon express pile driver 350 arrows and I recently got a new bow. It's at 29 inch draw length and 60 lbs so according to the arrow chart I should be using 250 now. Should I switch to the 250 or should I be fine with the 350?

Assuming a 28"-ish arrow and 100 grain head you're right on the line for 250/350. Personally I prefer to err on the side of a little too stiff, so you should be okay with the 350's. If you're at all concerned you can add a little weight to the front of your arrow and that will put you safely in the 350 group. Either shoot a 125 grain broadhead, brass inserts or add brass weights to your inserts. Or you can crank up the poundage a little bit and that will get you there as well.

A pile driver 350 is a 340 spine. For 60lbs it's too stiff. If you shoot it on 70lbs it should be just fine. But is recommend the 250s which is a 400spine

The 350s for a 29" 60# should be OK, being a little on the stiff side is a good thing.

I hate to jump in a thread and steal anyone's thunder. But....I know I have been shooting the wrong arrows, or at least arrow that are two long. I shoot an older Mathews, a Switchback XT. I am 99% sure my drawl length is 28 inches. Before I inherited this bow, I was shooting 400's. I am sure this bow needs 340's or 350's. It is set at 70 pounds. A few seasons ago I stopped at a farm and home on my way to deer camp and picked up a box of Beman Bowhunters. They were 340's and the only ones they had in stock, but they are 31 inches long. I figured long was ok, because I could cut them down. Well, I think that was 2013, that box had 6 arrows and now its 2016 and 2 of the 6 are gone. Broke off in deer that we have now eaten. The bow was my father-in-law's and my wife's mother wanted me to have it. I could never sell or trade in. From what I have read, the Switchback was/is a heck of a bow. So....How long should I have my arrows cut? 70 pounds 28 inch drawl???

I have a Spyder 30 & shoot FMJ's in 340 spine with a 50gr brass insert & 100gr head. On paper I get the same tare with that arrow & my new Easton Flatlines with 100gr head. The extra 50gr in the front weakens the spine enough to get a good tare & flight. I would stick with the 350's & run a 125gr head. Then you wouldn't have to buy new arrows. Unless your just looking to spend the money.

I have the same bow as my back up, it's a 29" dl & 70#, I shoot a 29" Maxima Red with a 125gr Ramcat. Insanely accurate out to 40yrds. Before I turned it into my back up I could shoot 4" groups at 75yrds with it. Awesome bow. All I can say is DONT GET RID OF IT!!!! I've tried to sell mine several times & then I shoot it, change my mind put new accessories on it & just shoot it some more.
