    Archery season open here (PA) on Saturday and I am pumped. I haven't hunted since my youngest son was born, 3 years, and I'm back with vengeance!! I have seen a lot of big ones behind the house this year.

    Looks like good weather. Good luck down in the SW. I'll be holding down an oak tree in Potter County tomorrow. You're ever up this way give me a shout, i'll show ya some big woods deer.

    Hey PA BOW MAN, my neighbors are from up your way, the used to live in Duke Center?? outside of Bradford, PA...he has a big woods deer on his wall from a couple years back!

    The rains have cleared out tonight so it should be good tomorrow.

    Well how did everyone do?
    I whacked a ground hog at 15 yards and had a nice 8 at 25 yards but couldn't make the shot over some high grass between us. I was on the edge of the field in the evening. When I tried to ease up, the doe with him snorted and the left the field.
    I did see some big boys about 100 yards down enter after that. I'll have to take the tree stand out and set up in that direction next weekend.

    I hope someone did good today!
