This is the exact pin set up I've been wanting! I have always felt my last pin should be .010.

You can get that from axcel. Custom pin colors and sizes.

was really looking at the cbe hybrid but the cost bug got me and ended up buying a mbg ascent 3 pin. brightest pins on the market and fit my budget. if those are your only 3 get the cbe

I do like the Axcel sights but money is an object to me. If money wasn't a concern, I don't think I would ask about sights being I would just drop the coin and get what I want.

Those 3 sights aren't my only options as I will end up buying online, those are just the 3 in my price range I found that I liked so far.

Customizing a sight to what I want is a grand idea but I am pretty sure ordering it the way I would like it to be will be more than buying something "off the shelf" so to speak.

When you order a custom mbg you can build one for less then a pre-made. you can build it to your budget and needs.

heres a link for a good site. they sell custom cbe and mbg http://www.sandsarchery.com/Default.asp

Been toying around with getting a new sight also, currently have a single pin Tommy Hogg but want to go back to a multi pin that I could do a custom build on so I just ordered a 5 pin CBE Sniper Pro X from S&S Archery based on the info I read in this thread and the previous post. Their 4th of July promo code still worked, got it for 15% off!

    $150.

I may build a CBE even though its going to run about $40 more than what I can pick up a pre made sight.

    And what is the code?

I just looked at that link and you could get a custom spit Hogg real deal for the same price as the custom sniper

    Details on the sight?

Yes and no. On a 3 pin real deal Hogg, yes it's cheaper. I want 4 pins so it's cheaper to get the 5 pin CBE and have it built with only 4 pins. Still slightly over my budget but that is what I am leaning towards.

Take a look at AXT (archer exterme) sights, very small, quality pins and very bright also

I currently have the AXT head hunter 5 pin. Maybe it's because I have their lowest end sight is why mine are so dang dim indoors. I honestly like every thing about this current sight otherwise. I really like how the bubble level is outside the sight, one less thing to interfere with my sight picture.

from a medical point of view it is said that the human eye sees green color the clearest. I tried looking at several colors and looked back at something green and did in fact notice that the edges and clarity of green objects were in fact much more defined and clear. next time you look at your sight pins notice how the green pin doesn't have that halo effect, yet has a clear edge around it. all the other pins will have a halo or glowing effect around them.

I bought the trophy ridge react 5 last year and love it! the rheostat light option is great for indoors. as for hunting you will never have to think about using the light because it is very bright without it. hope this helps!
