Hey Fellows, just wanting to know is there anyway around this...Im sure there is, I just don't know it.....I have the Rode Video Pro mic hooked up as well, so it is an External Mic...Maybe my settings are wrong for audio...Just wanted some pointers, tips, ideas......to fix this.... The problem is when I'm zooming in and out when recording...you can hear it on the video.....!!

    Thanks

Your external mic is picking up external sound...try moving it away from the camera & see how it goes.

I'm surprised you can pick up the zoom motors that plainly on the mic. You should be able to adjust your attenuation level. +20dB might help you to limit the amount of camera noise you are picking up.

Well good results....I moved my mic back to the mini hotshoe, and it has quieten it down to almost nothing, I believe I could get it all out by raising it a little higher...but anyway, I'm happy with it.....
