Can you us a tile saw to cut arrows? I have the saw. It has a fence and a cross cut miter? Would it work would I want to use water or not? This seems to me that it would work with right blade?

I'm not sure it would. Take an old arrow and try it. Not sure how square it would be though.

What kind of blade would you use? The tile saw we use at work would tear an arrow up I believe

As stated before I'd try it on an old arrow first, an use the finest blade you got on top speed. Let us know it works if you do end up going this rout.

I got the idea from other web site. They were using a diamond tile saw blade with a cross cut saw. So a high end diamond tile saw blade I guess?

Yes, it works, cutting it square is one challenge--diamond blade cuts through just about anything and fairly cleanly. Carbon fiber dust is not something you want to be inhaling, so water or a vac are good additions...make sure the arrows are dry before proceeding, if you use water. You can use an arrow squaring device to ensure its square if you're having a problem getting square cuts.

Practice on a busted shaft or old arrow a few times first...if it doesn't look close, pay somebody that has an arrow saw the few bucks...

If the RPM's are above 5000 and you are using an abrasive type wheel it should work.
