I just remembered I forgot to purchase my turkey license for tomorrow morning. All the stores are closed right now, and I was wonderin if I could possibly print my kill tag from the DNR website. I am hunting in Michigan.

If you didn't buy your tags before midnight you may want to be cautious. Tags aren't typically valid the same day you purchase them in a number of states.

In our state it is. I just purchased it from the store this morning.

I imagine it depends on the state. In Vermont we can print all of our licenses/tags right off the fish and wildlife website.

I doubt DNR is the issuing authority. You should be able to purchase from your state's wildlife dept. website and print. Here in WA, we're able to print a "confirmation," though I'm unsure if it'd be acceptable to hunt with.

I love my resident land owner rules. No license or printed tags needed. Self made tag and online check in. :tu:
