Just a question for those of you more familure with Turkeys than I am. I would like to know if Turkeys and UpLand birds can live together sucessfully in the same habitat. Do they basically forage for the same grub??
Would appreciate you thoughts on the subject , Thanks

Like Ruffed Grouse? Sure, why not? Grouse typically have little trouble finding food. Turkeys it will all depend on weather. But yes they will coexist.

Sure can, The wildlife area i worked for when i was working with the ODNR was mostly prairie with a riparian zone along a large creek. There were hens nesting in the CRP fields and the other birds would reside in the riparian.
