Like I said though the biggest obstacle wouldn't be if these guys and gals had health insurance and a 401k, it would be that it's out in the open. Now France and probably most other places I saw it wasn't really out in the open it was only in certain spots, but Russia was completely different. It was everywhere, bars, clubs, restaurants, wherever. And I don't see a large part of the population being very happy with it right in their face all the time.

Obviously you would never stop the underground stuff 100%, but I'm willing to bet that it would decrease.

The average guy looking to get a prostitute would rather go to a legit, legal place, rather than a shady, underground place.

The whole reason it is illegal is because it would be almost impossible for the government to tax. It's just easier to make it illegal.

Example does a married man want to go to a legal place where records are kept?

How about someone of notoriety to a community?

I don't think it could work that way, what about STD's. If a worker got one they would want to fine patient 0. Would one not have to register for this service?

Unless it's like porn stars. They must be tested before video shoots, etc.

That may work, my thought now is the health risk. How do we handle health risk with the spread of STD's?

Do they send a letter in the mail to you, LOL

    Attention Mr. Hemry,
You were a client of Diamond Delicious on 2/8/2015, she has been tested positive for Herpes, we advice you to get tested.

    Thank You

everyone would be required to use protection, and even then, the workers and client would understand and assume the risk

Who pays for that testing? Is it before each client or each day?

I don't suppose I would be opposed to prostitution being legal, but pimps should be illegal. If a woman wan't to earn her living on her back, it's fine by me. Plenty of women do it in the porn industry, but many prostitutes are used and abused by their pimps and forced to do things they wouldn't normally do.

Personally, I don't see the appeal to having sex with someone that has been drilled by a small army of dudes.

Just head on down to a local bar that sits close to a hotel...and do it over and over until the woman of your 12 pack dreams presents herself. It is like big buck hunting, you have to hunt where the big bucks live and close to their beds to increase the odds.

That doesn't even work in the porn industry, how do you think the government could regulate that in the prostitution industry.
