have a Bowtech Admiral set at 79lbs.

I can pull it no problem, but after shooting alot , ofcourse it gets tougher.
Would like to turn it down to around 72 75lbs.
Is this possible on my own?

    Thanks in advance

You shouldn't be off much within 20-25 yards. If you back out to 40 yards you might be off a few inches, if that. There is a slight chance you can affect the spine of the arrow. What kind of arrow are you shooting and what is your current draw weight?
