i was wandring if it was possiable for a person to go on a diy public ground hunt in wyoming for mule deer and prong horn with a bow an harvest good quilty animals (150-170 class mule deer) with out speending an arm an leg?

 

Outside of the costs for your tag. Doing a diy hunt should be cheap since for Mule deer you don't need and specific gear that you wouldn't already have for hunting whitetail other than possibly binos or a spotting scope. For mule deer spot and stalk is the most common method for hunting them.
