I am hearing you!! I cannot tell you how many times in the last 30+ years I have just sat in a stand and smelled the woods. IT IS GREAT TO BE IN THE WOODS IN THE FALL.

 

Yeah it was 41 this AM and it's going to drop to 38 tonight.... bring it on! *Rocker*

 

I recently had that tatooed on the back of my neck. When I wear a t-shirt, you can just see the top of 1-UP. :D

 

Oh yeah Caleb, I can smell it It was cool and breazy out today while i was fishing and roasting weinies over the fire It kinda got to me!!

 

Man i can smell it now, tonight its down to almost 50 and its felling good.

 

I'm feelin' it now, Siman brothers :D Temp dropped hard today and I hung stands from dawn to dusk! -in a lite drizzle, overcast sky and cool NW breeze. I also counted 4 deer (including one REALLY nice buck), 50+ turkey and a 'yote. Is it really August??

 

Smelled it here today...family hot dog roast at cabin, good fire, ride on the gator at sundown - quite a few deer...down to 48 tonight in this part of IL...Hope we get some of this weather for opening weekend!

I'm so jacked!! Been an awesome summer here in MI. Temps haven't been scorching hot, we have had decent rain, and the crops looks great this year. Our corn last year was awful and where I hunt all of my bedding areas/hardwoods are surrounded by corn. Good luck to all this season!

 

Pickin corn here, but stilll no sign of Fall, its freakin hot. Feels just like it does every openin day, hot and bright. I ready for some 60 degree nights, and that cool enough feeling that you have to put a jacket on.

 

Yeah it's been cool all summer. Less than a month to go for Wisconsin!

Yea it was in the air today. I could feel it sitting behind home plate watching my sons baseball games.
