Looks like pretty bad serving separation from what I can see in the photos. In my experience, that's usually a string/cable issue and not so much the cams themselves. Serving separation on the cables is one of the biggest weaknesses in poor build quality. Although some cam systems are harder on serving than others, which may also be the case here.

this bow has done this to stock cables and 2 sets of custom. Bowtech replaced the cams previously due to known burs in the channel the cables ride in.

once i get these cables off ill inspect them and see, maybe they just need to be reserved based on poor quality, maybe they'll be sign of something else. I should know next week.

Try vapor trail strings and cables, quality product now owned by bow tech. They may work best on your bow.

I've had a CK since about 2015 or so. Mine was an old stock purchase, I couldn't say if it is a '13 or '14.
When I first got the bow and was looking it over I noticed there was damage on the edge of one of the cams. Looked more like someone had bumped it against something, but who knows how it got there. The edge was dinged and had a burr on the inside edge where it would contact the cable, so I carefully filed it until it felt smooth.
I got 3 years out of my factory string. It actually still looked fairly good, but was starting to get fuzzy and had stretched and twisted recently for the second time in its service.
I had a set of Catfish Custom strings put on and they are looking good so far.
When the string/cable gets removed I would go over the cams very carefully. If they have no burrs then they really shouldn't be your issue and you likely just got a string with no so great serving work.

To me it looks to be a different type of damage between your first photos and the new ones. The first images were frays in the serving, which is definitely a cam issue. The second set looks like serving separation, which again, is usually an issue with the string/cable.

There are a lot of custom string builders out there these days, and they aren't all created equal. Not to sound like salesperson, but I've had ABB strings/cables on every one of my bows for the last 4 or 5 years and have never had an issue with serving separation. That includes the Mathews Switchweight cams that are very tough on serving end loops. Frankly, I've been amazed at how well they've held up. They also come with a guarantee against serving separation so if it happens again, you're covered. Just some food for thought.

Side track the thread, I'm about to order some ABB strings, going with platinum because platinum is the best...right? I'm obviously ordering late in the year, but my Heli-m is doing the same thing and they've been on the bow 2 years.
Is the platinum the bees knees?

My BIL has a heli-m and struggles with it eating the serving at the cams. He easily shoots 5 times a week, so does shoot a lot, but he has to replace strings every single year. He has tried 4 different string makers so far and just can't get more than a year out of any set. Every single set fails at the cams.
I'd love to hear how the platinum strings are holding up for you in about a year's time.

Mine are ate up after a year but usable, I’m fine with changing every two years but I don’t want them looking like they are going to fail at any moment.
Might be a good excuse for a new bow after this season.

I shoot a Heli-m and I had the same problem. I changed sights and after getting it sighted in I noticed that my peep view was too "blocked" by the riser.

I took it back to the shop where I bought it and despite his objections (I strongly dislike this guy) I made him check it for cam lean. Turns out the cam lean was significant.

Once the cam lean was corrected I never had a problem with serving wear at the cams.

Any chance this could be the cause of the problem?

I’ll have the shop check it, I paid him to do that last time I had strings put on, but you never know. Guy works barefoot in his shop, soooooo....maybe he’s a little forgetful.
