I currently have realtree xtra. Looking at possibly getting something else. Hunt in the Midwest Wisconsin area. Is Predator a good option?

I'm a huge fan of Predator fall/gray in November.

The best camo is sit still and be quiet. Look for garage sales for the best deals in camo. It doesn't matter in the least.

I would put comfort and warmth above color/concealment when picking up new camo clothes. As IO said, the pattern doesn't matter as much as movement and your silhouette being concealed. Not to say pattern doesnt matter, but for deer its not that big of a deal.

    P.S. Welcome to the forum!

I just stocked up on Lost Camo HD... because Gamehide was having a huge sale and the price was right!!! I think they make the most comfortable and quiet bowhunting clothing.

It is extremely comfortable and quiet. It is pretty warm up until late season as well.
I have the Gridlock Jacket & Pant and the Monster Bib. I just layer underneath.

I recommend ASAT 3D suit. It goes on over what ever you are currently using. I use it for early season/late season and spring turkey and haven't had a problem yet. It may look goofy wearing ASAT pattern in Walmart , but it sure does a great job in the woods.

I have found that quality scent control fabrics are more important than the actual camo pattern. Still can't beat playing the wind right regardless of pattern.

I killed my first deer wearing tan Carhartt coveralls.

Scent control, entrance and exit, stand location and height are all more important.

I'm only saying that to encourage you to buy what you like and enjoy your time in the woods. If you move a lot, the deer will see you no matter what you are wearing.
