I like the fleece really warm and comfortable. The rain gear that I tried cabelas revolution was kinda noisy drawing back a bow. If I were you living in nh I would make the trip to cabelas and try on stuff and see what u like!!!

Out here its Deseret or Mountains were hunting. So I use kings Deseret shadow and mountain shadow along with max1 camo. If I am hunting pines I use BDU's. Are bow hunt goes from August to September. If we get a late cow tag we wear white over are warm clothes. I think it was Jfergus7 said get whats comfortable. Deer and elk don't care what style you wear:sheep:

Have you considered making your own camo?

I'm from ma. if money is no issue buy the scent lok stuff. But if you do not have a grand to spend on what you need go with a couple outfits. september weather is a lot different then december weather in our area.

Early season I go with some quiet camo pants , jacket , hat , face cover. I buy it losse fitting so i can layer my clothing for colder days. For december I go with wool paints and wool coat i can lay in a snow bank for hours and still be warm.

Wash your cloth's in scent elimnator dry outside store them in a closed bin box walmart sells them cheap. Use scent elimnator spray. Buy new boots do not wear them unless your hunting! gas and oil smell will stay on them for a long time!

Last but least do not wear your hunting stuff in your truck wait and put them on when you get to your hunting spot this little extra is worth it but does suck on cold mornings!. GOOD LUCK.
