I already have a GoPro. (Hero4 silver) I bought it for other things I'm into, like hockey and football. What would be a good camera to add to my hunting gear? Just starting to film, so I don't need a $15,000 camera or whatever the professional ones cost.

M y bad, misread your post, thought you were looking to video things besides hunting ( baseball games , football games ,etc.,etc.) I use my Tactacam for all of the above !!!

Look at the Canon G20 or G30. There are plenty on Amazn, Ebay and craigslist. Also Canon has refurbished ones on their website. They are great cameras to start with and you will spend under $800 for them. Get an external mic, a good tree arm, fluid head and lanc. It will be abut $1500 for that setup and it will make videos that are more than good enough for TV.
