Well went hunting this morning and on my out I figure I would check my camera. Well it finally died after four years of good pictures. It was a moultrie d50 I believe. Been a while since I bought it so I don't really remember. Anyway just looking for a solid replacement. Doesn't need to be super feature laden just reliable with a quick trigger. Price range under 150. Any suggestions?

I like my moultrie M80 so far and believe it or not I've had good luck out of my walmart $59 wildgame IR2. We'll see if it makes it through the cold months though, that's when most of them crap out.

Another vote for the M-80. I'd stay away from the Truth cameras unless they fixed that loud clunk.

No Barainer = Buy a new one. I have 3 Moutrie. One, the screen, gets all jumbled up. However, after I turn in on, I wait a few seconds and press mode button and I ntice the lazer light come on, so I know that it still works. Good Luck!

Well I had already figured out that I would buy a new one. I'm asking for suggestions for a new one. What model do you have and do they do a pretty good job. Leaning toward a Moultrie m80 at this point.
The funny thing about mine is everything else works even the flash just won't right the pic to a card anymore.

How's the battery life on the Covert? I found some limited reviews but none really talked about batter life much. I think it was mostly people who haven't owned the camera very long. Definitely like the looks of it and the price is right in where I need it to be.

Check out the Uway and the Scoutguard units. Great customer service and they take awesome pictures. I have bunch if the NT50 and really like them. Not as noisy as some other cameras and better trigger speed than most.

Are you looking for game cam or handheld digital? If you're looking for a game cam under 150 then the Wildgame Pulse is your best bet. Thing takes awesome pictures.
