I have to admit that the products here in Canada are usually months and months behind some that you all show on here. With that being said, I tried the stealth cams and have to say that the battery life in them pass what is stated on the product. Needless to say I am a Stealth cam owner for life now. I probably will never try a different brand as these cams do everything I need and then some. I did use lithium batteries and just changed them today, it was 2 years in June that I originally put the batteries in. I leave the cams out year around and it gets kinda cold here on the east coast. I have to do some annual pruning and will probably look at replacing my pruning saw with the Wicked pruners. Hope they are as good as the adds say they are.

I have 4 cameras. 4 differant brands. The batteries for all of them last all year if not longer. I buy the cheapest batteries I can find.

Don't get stuck with one brand. There are many good cams out there. I have two Stealth cams that work great. Ds4k. I also have two browning cams that are great. Spec ops extreme. I can also say I have had other models of both of these that were bad. Also if you only look battery life you are missing a bunch.

I just don't look at battery life but wi-fi here is spotty at the best where I hunt so that aspect of the new cams are not really an option for me. There are still spots here that cell phones don't cover when I am in the deep woods so basic function is what I use.

Usually two sets of 8 AA’s in each of my cams will last me all season here in Texas. I put my cams out in June to start monitoring antler growth and activity, and take them down in February.

I use lithium batteries too and mine last me all year. I get close to 40,000 pics a year on most cameras. I use Stealth Cams primarily. My favorite is the G30. I have used a lot of different ones. Stealth Cams, Covert, USA Trail cams, Cuddeback and Moultrie. My favorite is still the G30. But, I love Cuddeback's trigger speed. All time favorite is the original Covert MP6. They don't make them anymore. :(
I have one in the woods with over 500,000 pics on it and it is still going.

We got some new Exodus cameras. Battery life seems good, lots of videos.
