I will be buying a camera arm by the end of the summer and would like some input on them...As some of you know I will be apart of the Battle of the Bow and will be filming hunts for the competition. I have never used a camera are before, but for this competition it be nice to have one. I would like to keep it below $150

    Thanks, Jordan

For your budget there aren't really a whole lot of options. If you MUST stay under $150 I'd get a Lone Wolf Strong Arm. It includes a crappy head, but it will work.

If you can spring a little extra cash I'd spend the $200 on a Muddy arm and $125 on a Bogan 701HDV fluid head and be done with it. The arm is a lot more solid, and offers more swing and more adjustment as well.

For filming BY YOURSELF the LW Arm and the Pro Bow Cam IMO are the two best economical options. This is what you're doing, and this is what you've got. Plus you got a nice Bogan head with your LW arm. You should be happy!

For filming WITH A CAMERAMAN and using bigger cameras (GL2 and larger) I think the Muddy is the best option for the price. However, the LW arm will work in this scenario as well it's jut not my first choice.

    Whiner. :D

Anybody used the Primos camera arm? It's in your price range.

    zimmer/wi,
I am biased, but I would look at the Pine Ridge Archery Pro-Bow-Cam. For the money, you can't beat it. Full price on bowhunting.com is $39.99, that is a great deal. It is comparable to the Lone Wolf at $125 or so.

Thanks for your input NCRemington700 and fulldraw, I have looked into both arms. It is between those two and the LW, I will let you know when I make a purchase.
