Anyone ever mix matched arms and bases? Or know if the muddy arm will fit on the fourth arrow base?

I gotta imagine that the two different brands would not work together! I don't know for sure but that's just my initial thought! I could be wrong!

They won't work - the Muddy arm has a larger "peg".

Thanks for that Justin. Are you familiar with the actual weight differences? This muddy arm is pretty heavy and bulky. Thinking of switching to the fourth arrow micro shoulder and base and carbon arm. Aside from the bulk, will I notice the weight difference?

I moved away from Muddy to Fourth Arrow and haven't looked back. I have both the Stiff Arm Pro and the Carbon Arm 3.0. Both are great arms. The ability to leave the base in the tree and only carry the arm and the knuckle is really nice. Saves a lot of space and weight.

I'm using the new micro base and the Carbon 3.0 and I love that combo. Very light, compact and super adjustable. I move the entire base & shoulder every time and have zero issues putting in my fanny pack along with my camera, multiple Go-Pros, camera mounts and other misc hunting supplies.

That’s great to hear. Now I need to find someone to buy my muddy set up. Any takers?
