Left work, took the mass transit to the park and ride which is in a heavily wooded office park. While waiting for my ride, I saw a couple of deer run off. For giggles thought I would see if I could call any in without any calls.

Called a small doe in with a few snort wheezes (a Ffff over the teeth/stache). We did a stare down ~40 yds, she kept coming, stomping. Finally gave her own wheeze spun to go back in the woods, so I gave her a crude grunt (like a heavy snore) and she spun 270• around to take one last look, a stomp and then another turn and she meandered back into the pines.

A few minutes later, I gave a couple of grunts over my shoulder, heard some leaves rustling in the oaks nearby. I kept grunting, 3 more does came out ~30-35yds) as my ride arrived. I heard one more back in the woods though.

A fun 15minutes of time killing waiting for my ride...
