I want to believe that Turtleman is genuine and an amazing animal talker, but some of the situations just seem too perfect. If you have seen the show, you know what I mean. Catching coyotes with his bare hands, handling snakes like no problem and always finding the culprit of a livestock killing. Do you think it staged? I say it is.
Everything on tv is staged. Call of the wildman, gator boys, finding bigfoot....even*gasp* Duck Dynysty. Mind blown...i know
Really in this day and age you have to learn to enjoy tv while knowing that is staged. Duck Dynasty is so obviously staged but I still get a good laugh from it time to time.
A&E was pushing Duck Dynasty as the #1 unscripted show on TV...what the hell is the definition of unscripted? I still enjoy watching it though. It's actually one of the few shows I'd let my daughter watch (if she was old enough to know what the hell a TV was). Turtle man...I've seen the show before but it can be annoying. However, you wouldn't catch me stomping around in a pond feeling for snappers with my feet and then going under to catch them. That's craziness!
Indy beat me to it......they are laughing all the way to the bank.....and they probably own the bank too !!!
I don't doubt he goes around catching critters, but I figure that some of the situations are set up or something they re-create from a job he has done before. Either way, I still find it entertaining.
I don't care if Call of the Wildman, Duck Dynasty, Gator Boys, and Off the Hook are staged. I'll still watch. It's entertaining TV.
Staged or unstaged, all these ridiculous reality TV shows are horribly un watchable. I'd literally rather sit & stare at a wall or watch my grass grow.
