    So, if California succeeds in banning leaf blowers, lawn mowers and such, does the rest of the country get to stop putting CARB compliant carburators on small engines and get back to real ones? Ya know, one the owner can actually and legally adjust so the engine runs properly?

    I will spend what ever it takes if needed to rebuild my 115hp 2 cycle outboard. I love the smell of 2 stroke in the morning.

    No I do not. Amongst other things I do not miss shoveling horse ****, winter evening chores, feeding a stove for heat, But damn I miss the deer hunting.
