I literally got out of bed and went to work to watch the end of the game last night. Pretty sweet.

As a lifelong Giants fan, happy to see Cain doing well - he's a good dude who's been vastly overlooked the last few years.

This is such a huge accomplishment. Sometimes I think it is way under appreciated. "Perfect" is the exact word here. To do this your mind, location of pitches, arm, thought process, etc. all has to be perfect.

I am also a life long Giants fan and a perfect game could not have gone to a better guy. He is easily one of the most underrated pitchers in the league due to the Giants lack of run support for him since the day he got to the big leagues. Now if only we could get Timmy to pull his head out of his *** and get back to Cy Young form instead of replacing Barry Zito as the worst pitcher in the rotation.

Good for Matt Cain. Could'nt happen to a nicer more humble guy.

This was really big news here in the SF Bay Area last night. Finally something to cheer about, after all our professional teams have been ambused for all the playoffs. Plus Occupy protests in Oakland and SF to boot.

The Occupy hippies of today are the communists of the early 1900s.
