    Cool link. If I can ever find a piece of ground around here not at $10K-$15K/acre, I plan to build a similar style/floor plan to this, but no cedar...mostly mountain stone and timber frame.

    That's awesome Cody. We have a cabin in Highland County and try to make three or four trips up a year. Those mountains sure are amazing!

    If you want to build that home, $10-$15K/acre would be the least of your worries.

    Right...I have no plans for a 5000+ sq.ft home. I would just use a similar style.

    I'm not talking 2 acres (I have that now)...I'm talking 50-100+. Plus I may (if I get a chance to build) do the finish work myself. If I move from my home now, I will be building my dream home, with no corners cut, and no compromises.
