We got through inspections, and settlement is scheduled for this Thursday! Can't believe this is happening! We love the place...here's pic! DSC03961.jpg

It was timbered, but lots of bears, deer and turkey nearby. Propane hooked up for the lights, hot water heater, appliances and heaters. Generator electric for the lights, well pump and receptacles. Fireplace and used to have a wood stove that we can re-install if we want.

One toilet and shower, a loft with 7 beds. Solid oak exposed beams and columns. Purchased as-is, needs new roof but is completely move-in ready. As the seller says, just bring a cooler!

Camping this summer and hunting in the fall! Life is good!

Thats awesome! I would love that opportunity to be secluded from outside hunting pressure. Its the perfect situation to practice your own QDM and not be subject to your neighbors! It can be super frustrating!! Your gonna love it and its gonna turn into soo many great memories.

Looks great, congrats! That's my goal eventually, once I'm out of the Army and figure out where I want to "plant my feet"!
