I've been fortunate and have the opportunity to buy a cabin and 7+ acres! We've searched for 6 months for a family vacation cabin that will also be my hunting cabin, and our offer was just accepted! We are partnering with a couple friends to get a little more for our money. The property is surrounded on 3 sides by Tuscarora state forest in central Pennsylvania. We're setting up a partnership and LLC (if anyone is familiar with this process). Anyway we are very excited, scheduled to settle in March and hopefully will be turkey hunting (actually deer archery scouting) a few thousand acres in May!
That's fantastic. Nice going. Looking at 5 acres myself to build a shotgun shack/ hunting lodge on myself. Corners my 600 acres lease that corners a 8,000 acres Fl. Wildlife management area. To future is bright.
