In the next week or two im lookin at buying some new arrows. But i wanna know what i need to look at to know what specs are gonna work the best for me. Im shooting a hoyt charger at 60 lbs with a 26-27 draw length and will be using 100 grain magnus stinger bhs. Questions are like what spine do i need, what do i need to focus on in an arrow like power or penetration all the good stuff.

I would suggest where ever you buy your arrows just make sure it's a well trusted shop, I made the mistake of using someone that was not as knowledgeable and they sold me 400 spine arrows and I needed 300, I should of simply looked at a spine chart but didn't. Good look thanks

Well they opened a field and stream not far from me a while ago and i noticed they sold individual arrows and all the good brands so i was thinking about getting 2 or 3 and see if i like them without having to spend over 40 to 50 dollars for 6. Thinking about trying carbon express but dont know what arrows from carbon express woild be best for me.

Just make sure you research each brand to see exactly what spine you need for your particular bow settings. I prefer VICTORY arrows. The X-Force carbons hold up well and really don't stray like a cheap knockoff.

Most of my hunting buddies use Gold Tips (pretty popular in Michigan).

There are plenty of options out there. I prefer to use heavier arrows, like the FMJs to add with momentum and penetration. Just make sure you get the correct spine as others have said and you should be fine.

Are you talking about the Field & Stream in Dayton or did they build one out your way too? The new West Chester Cabela's opens on Wednesday!
