As for team name...I really like the idea of using "quarter", but I am fine with Backstrap Bandits as well.
Not deer related but had a cool bear day. Went and freshened bait. Been having a little guy come in fairly often. The corner before I could see the spot I had a weird feeling of running into him. Put bait out and came home to check card. I stepped in front of cam 47 seconds after him so he musta been leaving just as the feeling hit. Kinda cool and freaky for the morning. We'll see what he does now. Hopefully Tuesday im gonna check the cam for deer again and make sure I have a little spot over by there. Wasn't planning on setting up there I was just kinda curious but after seeing what's around I'm taking a shot at it. With location I'll have horrible escape route after afternoon sit but I figure worst case a one and done try with fairly good chance at shot. had a few I Would try at and not really any better setups for where they go from there due to property boarders. That looks awesome. That's why I leave that kinda stuff up to talented people. How'd you manage to get bored at night? Doesn't the new little guy take care of any chance of that ours doesn't really like to give free time, quiet time, sleep time over an hour or two at best. Nice, we're all checked in! Let's see if we can finalizer captain & team name picks. I'm fine with being captain, especially since I'll be doing most of the captain type work anyways (answering questions, making sure people's entries are correct, etc.). But if someone wants the job, I'm good with that as well
