Awesome buck. Congrats for sure. He should score nice I've got nothing too good to offer for the past week or so. Went back and forth trading days with cold/flu with one son most of the days. Sunday decided to push a hunt with a buddy on some of the state land we scouted and got a decent 8 pic. That turned out to be a waste of a night. First spot we went to park/hunt had campers there that musta been from the weekend. They left later so I got to swap cards and hang another cam on our way out over that way but couldn't hunt there then. Went to different but close spot with great sign. Half assed tried a sit but within short time and several bird hunters coming through I won't honor it by calling it a hunt. I had to laugh when I saw the post Fitz about the bagpipes cause we finally quit that night when my buddy txt me "is that a f-ing harmonica?" And we figured him wandering that close blaring that it was the last straw. Probably shoulda stuck with our instincts that that place is a week time hunting spot and not weekend. Buck down boys!!!!! I shot i a small buck this morning really he's more a doe with antlers but i rattled him in and i was proud so i took him he scored 54 and 7/8 so not much but its points!!! ill post pictures as soon as they are off the camera!!!
Congrats CT. Getting him to do what you want and it working out is a great accomplishment in itself and you've got something to show for it. Having something is ahead of nothing.
