well i just picked up a new pair of eyes and thought id give everyone a heads up. The Trophy XLT i got from cabelas are normally $180 and they were on sale for $79.99.... They are 8x42 and they will suit me fine becuase i dont hunt long range... The clarity of these is awesome and i am extremely happy with them... i have not had them in the rain or cold yet so cant comment on the water/fog proof, but they are the first pair of higher quality binos ive bought and they are clear.

Also picked up a new light for the morning and evening in the woods... im not a fan of the red/green lights and i prefer a bright light that lets me see a lot, especially when trailing a deer....

I got the Dorcy tactical style 80 lumen light and its awesome... rated for 25 hours of battery life and a never replace LED.... the beam is very strong and holds together well at longer distances...... only set me back $25 bucks i think... alot better than those surefire/streamlight ones that arent even this bright

I have the 45 lumen model of the same flaslight and i have had it for atleast 3 years... it has held up awesome due to the aluminum construction and the pushbutton on the tail cap.

Thought i would throw out these items becuase they arent to expensive and they seem to be very high quality products.
